OUR STORY
Mina Metrics is a web app created by pastors, for pastors. We are full-time pastors who have a heart for discipleship and love the church. As we began to ask ourselves questions about whether we were fulfilling the "Great Commission," we had conversations similar to the text-thread here...
Through asking these important questions, we discovered our own need to define discipleship, develop a tool to assess our maturity as disciples, and find resources to encourage growth in being and making disciples. After doing this for ourselves, we saw the need for a tool to serve the church in the same way.
Mina Metrics is a tool born out of knowing that the church can be best served by identifying metrics that matter to God. We need to define metrics for discipleship by scripture, measure maturity, and resource our people for spiritual growth.
